The Maurice Akueme Foundation Embarks On Massive Christmas Palliation, To Palliate Over 100 Families

The Maurice Akueme Foundation in a mother of all palliation commences visitation to families in the rural areas.

The charitable organization, known to be the most active and one of the most popular in the South Eastern part of Nigeria, have commenced visitation to several indigent families in the rural areas, to share what it tagged; “a taste of love and goodwill, mixed with kindness, charity and meekness”.

It has become a yearly ritual, whereby, the founder/president of the organization, Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme doles out a lot of funds to purchase trucks of food stuffs, which are usually packaged in sizeable quantities and distributed to the most needy in the society.

This year’s seems different as the founder introduced the MAF Santa who go around in a convoy dancing and sharing gifts, food stuffs, wrappers, cash, among other items.

In a post on the official Facebook page of The Maurice Akueme Foundation, the organization commended the team that has been on the course since beginning of December, the post also stated that the people who are being visited are already feeling the impact of MAF this season, the beneficiaries also admitted that no one had ever visited them to gift them palliatives.

“Villages of villages are being visited, non is left out due to distance or bad road, that is the beauty of it, where people are forgotten, the most interiors of the villages were touched by The Maurice Akueme Foundation .

“They felt us, they danced and danced and blessed MAF, smiles returning to their faces, those who hadn’t hope of what to cook for Christmas has something, a taste of love and goodwill, mixed with kindness, charity, and meekness.

“Indeed, God lives in humans.

Recall that days ago, The MAF Santa visited Nenwenta to distribute Christmas wrappers, cash, food stuffs to widows, Ezeagu to distribute palliatives, communities in Udi LGA to distribute palliatives and hampers.

Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme was named Mr. Palliatives due to his sporadic nature of distributing palliatives to the needy, this feat came to limelight when he distributed relief and medical items during COVID-19 lock down order by ex president Buhari.
